General guidelines.
Before you submit your claim there are a few things you will need to check.
Items which are made of glass or have glass components can be sent at your own risk, but ARE NOT covered against loss or damage.
Huge or bulky packets CANNOT be sent through BookMyPacket. This includes (but is not limited too) furniture, external car parts, washing machine, refrigerator, etc.
If you are unsure whether your item falls under the below mentioned categories, please contact our customer services team. Any items that are listed on the prohibited and restricted list are not liable for any compensation cover or refunds.

Restricted = CAN be sent with bookMyPacket.com, but at your own risk.
